In recent times the query of the legitimacy of overseas legislation has been mentioned fairly intensively. Such questions are, for instance, no matter if overseas legislation lacks legitimacy as a rule; even if overseas legislation or part of it has yielded to the proof of strength; even if adherence to foreign felony commitments will be subordinated to self-defined nationwide pursuits; even if overseas legislation or specific ideas of it – akin to the prohibition of using armed strength – have misplaced their skill to urge compliance (compliance pull); and what's the relevance of non-enforcement or failure to obey for the legitimacy of that specific foreign norm?

1 Search and Retrieval Tasks Search and retrieval tasks have also been studied in the robot foraging domain, where the team goal of the robots is to search targets of interest in the environment and then deliver them to a home base. At the beginning of the entire task, the environment may be known, unknown or partially-known to the robots. Here the targets of interest correspond to the subtasks of general multi-robot teamwork, and if they can be delivered to the home base concurrently, then the team goal does not have ordering constraints; otherwise, all the needed targets must be collected in the right order.
